Alexis Patronis

Director of Operations

Alexis Patronis is the Director of Operations at CASA of Southeast Texas, where she is dedicated to enhancing the organization’s mission of advocating for children in foster care. A native of Orange, TX, Alexis holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Lamar University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Houston, focusing on macro-level social work. Her career in social services includes a range of impactful roles, from her work with Girls Haven, the HBCU National Center, and Communities in Schools to serving as the Executive Director of IEA - Inspire, Encourage, Achieve, where she focused on supporting juvenile justice-involved youth. Alexis also worked with the Houston Pearls Foundation, a specialty court program supporting young women in foster care. Certified in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), she is passionate about trauma-informed care and building strong, collaborative community networks. Active in the Southeast Texas community, Alexis Patronis is Co-Chair of the SETX Strong Families Coalition and a Beaumont Chamber of Commerce’s Young Professionals Organization member. In 2023, she was honored with the 40 Under 40 award. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, spending time with her husband, Zach, and continuing her lifelong love of learning.
