Vice President Board of Directors
Shelby Kelly is a lifelong Texas resident, with a stint in Nashville, Tennessee. She has worked in Brand Marketing, specifically in the nonprofit sector, helping organizations identify sustainable business operations through internal and external communication strategies and processes. Shelby served as a CASA Volunteer in 2020, and in 2021 was appointed to the Board of Directors where she has chaired several of CASA's fundraisers, and in 2024 she co-established CASA's first Pickleball Tournament, Justice is Served. In 2024, she was CASA's Interim Executive Director for a 6-month period, whereafter she stepped back on to the board. In addition to her service to CASA, Shelby is a Brand Strategy Consultant, and an active member of the Junior League of Beaumont. Shelby received her Bachelor's Degree from Lamar University and her Master's from Vanderbilt University. Outside of her professional obligations, Shelby and her husband enjoy being involved at their church, traveling, and spending time with their 4 rescue pups.
